If you wish to have your flight test conducted in the United Kingdom or British Channel Islands, RNAV EUROPE LTD requires you to obtain permission from the UK Department For Transport prior to booking a flight test with the Examiner. It must clearly state the examiner's name and that he is granted permission by the Secretary for Transport of the UK to conduct the flight test or tests in UK airspace. This is regardless of the fact that FAA Designated Pilot Examiners are NEVER acting as a required crew member and is non-negotiable and is regardless of where in the United Kingdom or British Channel Islands the flight test takes place!

Also, The Civil Aviation Authority and The Department for Transport of the United Kingdom will not permit FAA Inspectors and FAA Designated Pilot Examiners to conduct FAA Flight tests in UK registered aircraft anywhere in the world, regardless of where in the aircraft the examiner is seated. Even in United States airspace!
